SERVICE & REPAIR AGREEMENT

1. DISCLAIMER

1.1 DigiBandit offers technology service, repair and upgrading services as is. I believe businesses should be conducted honestly, fairly and be subject to reasonable logic. I strive to provide the highest quality of service and support. I cannot guarantee specific results for my services, but will operate under the principles stated above and expect you to do the same. This agreement can be changed at any time without notice. Please stay up-to-date with this agreement by reviewing it periodically.




2. BILLING TERMS

2.1 Computer servicing and repair services are billed at a per-service rate, which has been calculated on a workload + time based calculation.

2.2 Quotations: All quotations for work will be provided based on the information given to DigiBandit by You, the customer. In the event that services change due to insufficient information having been provided, defects found in the diagnostic stage, etc. You, the customer, will be liable for any additional expense incurred. Quotations shall remain valid for acceptance by You, the customer, for a period of one week following the issue of the quotation and work is to commence within two weeks from the date of the quotation else a new quotation will be required.




2.3 Estimates: I will provide you with an estimate of cost for the work that you request me to do. Estimates are guaranteed to 25% accuracy. In the case that I foresee a deviation on cost of job completion beyond the above stated allowable amount, I will make every effort to contact you and inform you of the situation and receive authorization to continue or stop at the estimated limit. In the case I cannot reach you, I will continue to work until the estimated limit is reached. Once reached, I will halt work until contact is established.

2.4 Unforeseen Costs: You, the customer, shall be liable to meet the cost of any additional work, services or fittings that need to be provided to rectify any event or situation which arises during the performed service that is unexpected or is beyond DigiBandit's control. DigiBandit can not be held responsible for such events or situations, DigiBandit will, however, inform You, the customer, of any additional Unforeseen Costs before work continues.




3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Full payment is due upon completion of servicing, upgrading or repair. You will be responsible for all costs incurred by me, or incurred by litigation for failure to pay.

3.2 Acceptable methods of payment are:
E-Transfer (to [email protected]) | Cash | Credit Card
All materials and goods supplied by DigiBandit shall remain the property of DigiBandit until the full invoice has been paid by You, the customer.




4. LIABILITY

4.1 I provide my services in an effort to fix, upgrade, or otherwise repair the devices for which you request such services. I will not intentionally harm your device. It is my goal to fix your device, not damage it more. In the case of accidental damage or data to your device, further damage or data loss caused by already existing problems in your device such as viruses, misconfigured software, or hardware problems/failures, you agree to hold DigiBandit, and any persons associated with or involved in the work being done for you harmless from damages resulting from such problems.




5. SUPPORT

5.1 Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to me. I will backup my work with support services. Free support will be provided for problems requested to be resolved in the work order but not resolved. Additional support may be provided free of charge at my discretion.




6. AGREEMENT

By accepting the quote, estimate, invoice or work, I hereby agree to the above terms and authorize the services to be performed.
